Payments terms

Amazon first transfers your account balance to your bank account or your Payoneer Account, 14 days after the first business days on which transactions are completed. Subsequently, the settlement process repeats every 14 days. To ensure a safe and secure buying experience for our customers, the money you make from a sale is reserved in your seller account for a certain amount of time to cover chargebacks, refunds or A-to-z Guarantee claims. To receive payment, you must have the following: A positive seller account balance. This means that the amount of funds in your account is greater than the amount of fees and refunds you incurred during a disbursement period. You need to have a minimum of 1 EUR in your seller account to receive payment.

Return Policy

Each Buyer has a legal 14 days return right for any reason. The Seller must refund the whole product value, including shipping. The Return Fees can be at buyer expanse. Return fees are at Seller expanse for Garments and Shoes. The Product must be returned in excellent condition.

Shipping Policy

Amazon require a Local Return address for Returns. The buyer won’t accept any additional fees like custom fees or any other fees. The tracking need to be inserted ONLY when the order is shipped. The returns must be prepaid by the Seller when the Return is for a Defective product. Tracking Number: You need to generate a valid tracking number for each of your orders and fill it with the right carrier when confirming the shipping of the product. As a security, please add this tracking number in a message on the order.

Amazon can suspend your account anytime if they consider that your performance or if your product selection violate their general rules.
